Metal Fest Brings Kiss Tanks and Chaos to World of Tanks Modern Armor

Ana sayfa / News

This summer, World of Tanks Modern Armor is dialing things up again. Metal Fest is back, louder than ever, and this time it’s bringing legendary rock gods with it. Yes, Kiss has officially entered the arena and not just in name.

Launching August 26 on PS4 and PS5, this year’s Metal Fest is the third outing for the event and easily the biggest. Players can recruit 3D Commanders based on Kiss icons: The Demon, The Starchild, The Spaceman, and The Catman, all complete with custom designs and fully voiced dialogue.

Even better? Two of the voices are the real deal. Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley recorded lines in-studio, stepping into their iconic personas once more.

There Are No Ghosts at the Grand Is Just As Wild As It Looks

There Are No Ghosts at the Grand throws you into haunted furniture fights, hotel makeovers, and musical puzzles all with the same toolkit.

Of course, no Commander rolls solo. Four Premium tanks, each named after a Kiss character, are joining the garage. Every one of them reflects the persona it’s tied to. That means:

Behind the scenes, the dev team worked closely with the band. From claws to bat wings, each Commander’s look was a collaboration. Even the voice casting for The Spaceman and The Catman followed custom profiles created with the band’s input.

And yes, those characters talk. The dialogue isn’t filler; it’s personality. Paul and Gene made sure their roles felt as true as they’ve ever been.

Alongside the Kiss content, Metal Fest includes daily rewards, limited-time Challenges, and wild event battles. Whether you’re in it for the rock, the firepower, or both, there’s something to earn every day.

From now until September 15, World of Tanks isn’t just about armor. It’s about attitude. And Metal Fest has plenty of that to go around. Plug in, roll out, and shout it out loud.
